ERMANNO SCERVINO FW17

Ermanno Scervino never disappoints. For the upcoming fall-winter season they were inspired by the style of an international modern man living in the city. There’s everything a man should need for different occasions, from the formal ones to the more casual situations.

Grey tones are dominant in this collection especially for the outerwear. Embroideries are one of the biggest trends recently and I absolutely loved the way Ermanno Scervino presented them with eastern world elements (you can see these beautiful white and black sweaters). The bomber can be a good alternative to a blazer or overcoat which doesn’t mean the look will necessarily become casual. The black and white zig-zag pattern one is absolutely adorable. The oversized check print scarf can be also perfectly combined both with formal and less formal outfits.

PMFW: FIRST LOOK

I just came back from Paris and I can’t wait to tell you more about it. The first thing I wanted to show you is one of my looks, the one that I was wearing on the first day. We shot this look in Marais, on of my favorite neighborhoods in Paris.

I’m in love with ponchos. I have a couple of them and they are one of my favorite kind of winter accessories. I also love scarves as along as they are super long. I chose these green trousers to complete this colorful look.

When it comes to shoes, I’m wearing Chelsea boots from Disimone calzature. It’s an Italian footwear brand I recently discovered. Their shoes are all handcrafted in Italy and it’s very important for me when choosing the right pair of shoes. Disimone also makes made to order shoes and they are specialized in big sizes which is also very important for me since it often gets difficult to find my size (46-46,5) in regular stores. You can also personalize them by choosing the type of leather.

The bag is already well known and it’s from Giancarlo Petriglia.

MMFW: second look

Let’s stay in MMFW mood. In this post I will show you my look for the second day of Milan Men’s Fashion Week. I opted for a simple combination with some cool details.

The coolest piece is definitely my fringe sweater from ASOS. I loved the feeling when fringes move while walking. Burberry coat is a classic piece I wear very often in winter time, as well as Gucci mocassins. They are extremely comfortable which is pretty unusual for trendy shoes nowadays. I was wearing them from morning until night and I felt as I was wearing sneakers.

Falling Gardens: Jimmy Choo Women’s SS 2017

Jimmy Choo Women’s Spring Summer 2017 is inspired by nature. Nature is definitely one of those themes that offers numberless opportunities for an interpretation and keeps inspiring in many ways. The nature is beautiful and sensible and these words describe this collection the best. Sandra Choi, the creative director of Jimmy Choo prepared an innovative collection that always stays faithful to the brand heritage and their iconic design.

Let me present you some of my favorite pieces from the SS 2017 collection:

DUCHESS with the hand-made tassels and a 30mm block heel in three complementary colour palettes confirms the sophisticated Jimmy Choo style. Tassels are my favorite detail a shoe can have and Jimmy Choo is very famous for tassels both in women’s and men’s collections.

LOLITA heel & flat sandal were both inspired by the iris flower as very delicate and sophisticated. Thin straps and the hand made flower going around the shoe itself make it a unique pieceLOCKETT is an iconic bag for Jimmy Choo. It’s a perfect evening bag characterized by the contemporary design that remains timeless and suitable for any occasion. For the next season, it has been presented in different colors and made of different materials. The transparent LOCKETT MINAUDIERE is definitely one of the most interesting designs as well as the black one with nature inspired design.

After the busy week I’m back with Milan Fashion Week related content. I published articles about Fratelli Rossetti and Tod’s collections and now I’m going to show you another look that you might have probably seen on my Instagram.

I’m wearing black trousers from Diesel Black Gold and white shirt from Zara studio collection. It looks really simple as it is but all together makes a timeless elegant combination. I was thinking weather to put a scarf on as well but I decided to keep it as simple as it is.

The Dandelion loafers I’m wearing are from Christian Louboutin. They are all covered with spikes in different colors. I love them so much as well as many items from their fall winter collection that you can check here.
