Mornings at Duomo

Waking up early becomes much easier when the weather is good and when it finally starts to feel warmer. That’s why I often like to shoot early. The look you’ll see in this post has been shot at 8 AM in Piazza Duomo. The square starts being already busy at that time since many people pass by on their way to the office but it still keeps the calm vibe compared to the other times.

I opted for a total navy look (almost). I like wearing navy in spring and summer because it reminds me a lot of summer time and marine vibes. Here, I was wearing the striped trousers paired with a v/neck sweater. I added a cool red bandana in order to refresh the look.

When it comes to the accessories, I was wearing a pair of Christian Louboutin Oxfords, maybe one of my favorite items from their Spring-Summer 2017 collection. The sunglasses are from Kapten&Son.

Christian Louboutin Accessories

Ciao! 🙂

I hope you have enjoyed reading my previous travel posts. I’ve been traveling pretty much recently and I focused a lot on travel posts from the cities I’ve been to and the amazing hotels I stayed at. Now, I’m back to fashion and I wanted to share with you a new outfit.

Who follows me on Instagram definitely noticed my obsession for roll neck sweaters this season. The one I’m wearing in this post is a very simple linen one from Zara. It’s very warm which makes it perfect for the cold weather right now. Navy trousers are perfect alternative to the black ones I usually wear. My Camel coat has probably become my statement piece of the season. That’s one of my best purchases this fall.

And let’s go to the point: the accessories. They are from Christian Louboutin of course. I loved their Fall-Winter collection and as you have seen I was wearing many Louboutin accessories in the past months. I love Chelsea boots in general but these ones from Louboutin are perfect because they have the iconic spikes. The portfolio, or Tric Trac as they official call it is one one of the best portfolio models ever. You can hold it in the hand but it also has the hand stripes in case you want to stay more comfortable.

Christian Louboutin SS 2017 at MMFW

From Paris to Milan. Christian Louboutin is the synonym for glamour and fashion in the shoes world, better known as #LouboutinWorld. The brand new collection, presented in an outstanding location (Fonderie Milanesi) has been inspired by the bikers and their culture. Fashion and bikers’ culture don’t seem to have many things in common, but they actually perfectly fit together. Monsieur Louboutin perfectly knows how to connect two worlds and make the best of them. He keeps the iconic, world famous Louboutin symbols and merges them with his current inspiration in order to get a recognizable Louboutin shoe in an innovated and reinterpreted way.

Let’s start with my highlights of the collection. I love the fact Louboutin does both casual and elegant collections. Sneakers were presented in many different colors, with and without the iconic Louboutin studs. There’s also a casual version of the classic loafer with rubber sole which makes this classic model also suitable for some less formal occasions. Espadrilles are perfect for summer days. The one they presented is an already established model for Louboutin. For the following season they will be available in different versions: canvas ones, canvas with a monk strap but also in suede. The classic Greggo shoe has been presented both in calfskin and suede, designed in many new colors. My highlight of this collection is the brand new Louboutin shoe (the one you can see on the cover photo both in animal print and in simple black and white). I love black and white combinations, they are so essential and timeless.

Have a look at the pictures bellow and visit Christian Louboutin website to see current collections.
