Do I have to mention how much I love Bally? I attended their Fall-Winter 2017 collection presentation and It was the first time they presented men’s and women’s collection together.
This collection has put more focus on the accessories that have always been in the DNA of the brand. The inspiration comes from the gentlemen’s clubs in the 1970’s New York City, a mood that keeps still inspiring. I t was the era of David Bowie and Mick Jagger.
When it comes to the most interesting items from the collection, I would definitely choose the Bally iconic sneakers with stripe detail and studs. The hiking boot has been also reinterpreted in a more urban style that also includes the ankle stripe. Bally keeps their heritage very important and that’s why every single collection has a couple of items inspired by the previous collections from their archive. Ready-to-wear collection detail I would definitely remember is the Bally stripe on a pair of trousers that makes them both sporty and casually effortless.
